The Phoenix Project

A  violent race known as the Nevargh has conquered nearly three hundred  worlds in a year long campaign to overrun all of their former allies.  Such was their sudden blitzkrieg that they have marched across many  worlds unopposed. Now, their massive armada of hundreds of thousands of  warships has gathered for their final victory over the passive Ferine  home world of Cartise.

However, the Ferine decide to repair a  cannon their ancestors had built a thousand years ago as a last,  desperate measure to stop their bloodthirsty enemy. The most destructive  weapon in the known universe annihilates the Nevargh armada, but the  weapon of mass destruction tears through the fabric of space and  vanishes from that part of the galaxy. The weapon exits a wormhole  outside of the solar system creating mass panic once the human race  discovers where it is headed: Earth.

Elliot Fredericks' hopes for  an easy desk job and a quiet life are forgotten now that he is tasked  with saving the Earth from imminent destruction. However, the Coalition  is out to stop him and force his nation towards more desperate measures.  Elliot may have no other choice but to resort to using the Phoenix  Project.

Dark Horizon

Maria Peterson leads an experimental new fleet of battleships and  arks carrying millions of Alliance refugees out of the Colonized Sphere.  Days later they exit fold space to seek refuge with their new allies:  the Ferine. She arrives in time to use the lethal capabilities of her  battleships to defeat the Nevargh fleet which was ready to annex the  Ferine's home world of Cartise.

The victory is bittersweet though  as our heroes have been forced to flee from an Earth levelled by war,  and have left friends and family behind. Millions of human refugees are  beginning to adjust to their new lives on Cartise and other Ferine  colonies when a high ranking Ferine politician is murdered. Soon, Maria  realizes a MERA assassin must come along for the journey to Ferine  space. This lethal spy has orders to destroy her new alliance with the  Ferine, leaving them vulnerable to the Nevargh Empire. It becomes a race  against time as Maria must ferret out the operative and assemble  reinforcements before the Nevargh Empire gathers a new fleet to  overwhelm her forces...

Flight for the Ancients

Annabess, the Duchess of Scutum-Crux, flees her palace in the  middle of the night with a crucial message for her friends in the  Alliance: the Nevargh Empire knows of the location of the mythological  Last Outpost of the Ancients. Its secrets would undo the fragile balance  between their two nations that has existed for the last five years and  plunge them into a war which the Alliance wouldn't win. Now Annabess  embarks on a race with Joshua and Madison Hubbard to find the last  outpost. Meanwhile, Maria Peterson must embark on her own quest to prove  that General Sonti has his eyes on the throne. It is a mission that  means travelling into the very heart of the Empire and certain danger...

Prime Effect

After ten long years, Maria and her crew lead an expeditionary  force of twenty thousand warships and support vessels to return to  Earth. The answers to many questions lie there, including whatever  happened to her dear friends Elliot and Nadine, declared Missing in  Action so long ago, among others. They are venturing into unknown  dangers as the Coalition’s victory over Earth more than a decade ago  ensures that it is this foe that they will confront once again.  Catherine the Second, a tyrant and leader of the Coalition, is likely  waiting for them, and she always has a plan...
